Lightweight heavy duty emergency paracord cutter designed for use in severe working conditions to cut Ø14mm polypropylene rope.
The HCP22 is a low pressure heavy duty emergency Paracord Cutter designed to cut polypropylene rope up to Ø14mm in diameter. This cutter is to be used in emergency situations to cut through paracord, for example on a helicopter.
